Style Inspiration: Store Manager Outfits – Part I

Buckle store managers cheering each other on.

Three times a year, Buckle store managers meet up to prepare for the season ahead.

Our summer meetings are always a showstopper with nearly 500 managers traveling from near and far to gather in Buckle’s hometown Kearney, Nebraska.

Four days are jam-packed with men’s and women’s fashion shows previewing the new fall product; sessions on leadership, salesmanship, and management; and celebrations for managers reaching milestone’s in their careers with Buckle.

While the managers come away with much inspiration and preparation for the upcoming back-to-school shopping season, we’re coming away with major fashion inspo. No one styles Buckle clothing quite like our very own store managers who are always adding their own personal twist to the latest trends and styles.

To capture their style and share it with you, we scouted for the best of the best, and snapped a few pics of the managers in all their #BuckledOut glory. Then, we chatted with them on everything from denim to trends to why they love their jobs.

First up Brittany! From managing in Cali and Florida, she has a whole lot of sunshine (and style) under her belt…

Tell us about your outfit:
I’ve been loving bright pops of color in my outfits. What colors describe summer better than red, white, and blue!?

From colors to patterns, gingham will always reign over summertime prints.

What’s your favorite denim and why?
The Levi’s 311 shaping skinny! I love this fit for my body type – I’m smaller in the waist but curvier through the hips and thighs, and this fit accentuates in the most flattering ways. Plus, the skinny leg silhouette shows off my shoes.

What do you like best about Manager Meetings?
Celebrating our successes, reigniting our fire for the upcoming season, and getting to see a sneak peek of all the fall product.

KanCan high rise jeans because they are so flattering – they come in both slim and curvy fits. I’m also loving jeans with undone hems.
