Style Inspiration: Store Manager Outfits – Part II

Buckle store managers form a huddle with all hands in.

We’re keeping the fashion inspiration coming with Part II of our manager meetings styling series. These next three bosses take fashion to the next level adding accessories, layers, and trend-on-trend action.

Something these managers all have in common? They aren’t afraid to make a statement.

See for yourself!

Kimberley S.
Store Manager – Frisco, TX

Woman wearing a gray cabbie hat, a white fitted cropped tank top, and striped blue and white flowy wide-leg pants, with blush pink strappy heels.

We’re crushing hard on Kimberley’s outfit. Probably because lately, we can’t get enough of the wide-leg pants trend, especially of the stripped variety. She balances the flowy look of her pants perfectly with a fitted top. And that hat, we know a comeback when we see one.

What’s the vibe of your outfit?
It’s boho with a contemporary twist.

When you’re wearing denim, what’s your go-to?
My go-to in denim is the Levi’s Mile High skinny jeans – they fit like a glove, but have the perfect amount of stretch for curves and comfort.

What do you love about your job?
I love making a difference in people’s lives by helping my guests build confidence through their outfits and style.

Dominique S
.
Store Manager – Cedar Park, TX

Man wearing a grey RVCA trucker hat, a navy short-sleeve button-up RVCA shirt, destructed light wash Departwest Trouper skinny jeans, and light grey Hey Dude shoes.

Here’s a guy who knows how to accessorize and wear the latest trends. Dominique is all about the extra touches and pulling together a sharp looking outfit.

Tell us about your outfit:
My top’s a RVCA short-sleeve button-up, paired with some fun summer destruction – the Departwest Trouper skinny stretch jean in a light wash. The stretch in these jeans allows for fashion with comfort (guys don’t like restriction).

Tip: you can’t go wrong with a short-sleeve button-up. These shirts can be casual with jeans and comfy shoes, or paired with khakis for dressier events. Plus, it’s a win-win situation when these shirts come in so many fun prints.

Best item to accessorize with?
Snapbacks for a little bit of a swag, simple necklaces, and an oversized watch to make a statement.

What do you love about your job?
I love getting to develop my store’s teammates and coach them on the business, as well as getting to share my fashion expertise.

Kari W.
Assistant Store Manager – Concord, NC

Woman wearing '70s-inspired denim overalls from Free People, a striped coral tube top, Ariat western belt, and brown platform sandals.

Overalls are all the rage right now – this pair by Free People is no exception. This is a trend we’re looking forward to bringing into fall given all the fabric and styling options. Just see our entire collection of overalls we know you’re going to love.

Take a page from Kari’s style book, she’s giving us trends-on-trends with stripes, western accessories, platforms and more! And let us just say, it’s working!

Tell us about your outfit?
I wanted to show a different look – and the ’70s style is totally making a comeback.

Along with just about every other decade right now  are we right? We mean, are tube tops a ’70s or ’90s thing? Either way, we’ll take one in every color.

What’s a trend you’re loving?
A trend that I’ve been loving is Platform sandals, and Buckle has a ton of different style options right now!

What do you love about your job?
Everyday is a new adventure! Last year, I worked in five different Buckle stores!

Pssst… there’s a Store Manager Outfits – Part III.
