Homemade Ice Cream

all of the ingredients and supplies you'll need to make bagged ice cream

 Sandwich sized zipper top bag
 Gallon sized zipper top bag
 Oven mitts(or break out the winter gloves)
 ¼ cup Salt
 Half & Half
 1 tsp Vanilla
 2 tbsp Sugar

Get your small zipper top bag and fill it with the half & half.


Seal the bag, getting out as much air as possible.
In the large plastic bag, fill half way up with ice and all of the salt.


Place smaller bag inside, and place another scoop of ice on top.


Seal the large bag tightly. Put on your gloves.


Now, SHAKE! Keep shaking for 6 to 7 minutes until you start to see the half & half thicken and clump.


Remove the small bag and rinse the salt off under cold tap water.


Move to a bowl and ENJOY!
