
melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan
all together, add 4 grated garlic cloves then one teaspoon each of rosemary, safe, and thyme
cook ingredients together in saucepan for one minute
drizzle over your hot popcorn, then toss with kosher salt to finish
start by heating sugar, maple syrup and light corn syrup in large pot until it reaches 260 degrees F (use candy thermometer - should take about 10-12 minutes)
add in pecans and cook two more minutes
stir in butter until melted
pour over hot popcorn, tossing to fully coat
spread on a baking sheet to let cool
