 popsicle molds
 56 large strawberries
 1 cup blueberries
 1 cup Greek yogurt
 2 lemons
 3 tsp sugar
 ¼ cup milk

Put out three small bowls, one will be used for red ingredients, one for white, and one for blue.

2

Juice both lemons in an additional bowl or container.

3

Have a parent dice the strawberries and place into one bowl. Add 1 tsp sugar and 1/3 of the lemon juice. Mix and set aside for 10 minutes.

4

Place blueberries in the second bowl. Add 1 tsp sugar and 1/3 of the lemon juice, mix, and set aside.

5

Once the ten minutes is up, in the third bowl, mix 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tsp sugar, milk, and remaining lemon juice.

6

Now time to fill the molds! Start with the strawberries evenly filling the molds. Then gently pour in the yougurt mixture, and lastly, gently place the blueberries into the top of the molds.

7

Finally, test your patience 😉, these will need to freeze for 4 to 6 hours. Then enjoy! (p.s. we ran our popsicle molds under hot water after freezing for easy removal.)
