At Buckle, we LOVE summer. Sure, it’s partly due to our obsession with swimwear and flip flops. But more than that, the arrival of summer means we get to gear up for one of the biggest events of our year – Buckle Summer Manager Meetings. Each June, Managers from all over the country travel to Kearney, NE (Buckle’s hometown) to network, learn, and grow.
This year’s event took place June 23-26. Meeting activities included previews of upcoming product trends, milestone awards for years of service, and discussions on how to provide the best shopping experience possible for our guests. Check out our top highlights below, starting with the men’s and women’s fashion shows.
At our Years of Service Awards, we honored 14 Managers who hit milestone anniversaries with Buckle this year. The final award of the night went to our President & CEO, Dennis, who joined Buckle as a part-time Teammate 45 years ago!
On the final night, we celebrated the week with an event hosted by one of our favorite brand partners – Affliction.
