Madness: severely chaotic, wild behavior; a state of frenzy. Welcome to the month of March – full of craziness thanks to St. Paddy’s Day, spring break, and (of course) college hoops. Believe it or not, things can get a little heated here at Buckle. We have a few die-hard fans around the office who like to rep their teams in March. In fact, we even fill out our March Madness brackets around the office to encourage a little friendly rivalry.
Now, we’re not the type to start dropping bracketology on you, but we do pay attention to how people rep their teams. The classic men’s college tee or women’s team shirt doesn’t quite get the job done for us around here. We like to bring some creativity to our game day outfits, specifically in how we wear our team colors.
In honor of the bracket craze, we put together a few tips.
Being a Kansas State alum, Crystal is rockin’ her favorite purple and white tee with no extra layers for a basic look.
Never underestimate the power of a headband. Paired with a v-neck tee and a crochet vest, blue and red are a must for Ally’s Jayhawk look. Rock chalk!
Colored jeans are a perfect way to rep your team. Tammy layers on the black and yellow for her Wichita State Shockers.
We’re not kidding when we say our team gets decked-out, head-to-toe. Shoes can even be a factor. Lanny’s red shoes are a great addition to his Oklahoma Sooners outfit and a unique way to wear red.
Don’t forget, accessories make the outfit!
Go beyond basic game day tees and check out our sporty selection for all of your March madness endeavors.
Best of luck, and let the madness begin..
