Expert advice on this season’s trending styles – Buyer’s Edition
Closets are personal. A little peak at someone’s lifestyle, and in some cases, lack of discipline. Constantly updating and evolving, and being influenced by the events and people around us, closets are really indicative of right now. Which is why when a few of our leading ladies let us take a peak into theirs, we were all in.
This is what our buyers are buying.
Buys for BKE Denim / Gilded Intent Denim
Style Inspiration: I definitely get a lot of inspiration from Instagram bloggers whose style I feel I can really relate to. I also pull inspiration from my mom and two sisters, as we all share a passion for fashion.
The pieces I put together I would wear to work and for every day. “You can never be overdressed or over educated.”
Buys for Activewear / Sweaters / Outwear / Casual Tops
Style Inspiration: I love Cat Sadler & Jessie James Decker – I often look to them for inspiration or styling tips. I’m all about staple pieces that can stay in my closet for years, effortless fashion. I tend to go for neutrals when purchasing clothes… I can always add color in my accessories.
The pieces I put together really signify my style to that point. Put together, they could be worn running errands, for a casual day at the office with a poppy lipstick, even a concert or night out with friends.
Buys for Shoes / Daytrip Tops / Fitz & Eddi
Style Inspiration: I’ve become obsessed with Lucy Hale and her edgy, yet girly, style. She’s kind of my spirit animal! Another aesthetic I love is the athleisure trend – who doesn’t love being trendy and comfortable? I could live in a good pair of mesh leggings, a tee, and my sneakers!
The product I pulled can be easily transitioned from one wear to another. Easy day outfit transitions to a night out or date outfit. Swap in a good shoe, and you’re set for the office!
