Everyone has a go-to recipe for when you are expecting family and friends and just need that little something more to the menu. Something that's not too heavy to disrupt the main course, but not too light since you know inevitably dinner will be a little later than expected.
For us, the perfect compromise can be found in Mom's Corn Dip. The perfect balance of fresh but substantial, we love this dip (and haven't found someone who doesn't feel the same way). Plus it's easy, with minimal mess - because we know you have enough going on as it is.

We're keeping this one pretty short and sweet - portion out all of your ingredients, then start mixing together! We typically start with the veggies then add in mayo/sour cream then cheese - but whatever works, works!
*tip: To avoid extra fluid, we go through and drain everything as well as possible.

Once everything is mixed, we let sit in the fridge overnight - and it's good to go for the next day. (a few hours would also do the trick!)
