Tired of making your morning commute in your daily driver? Bored with sitting in traffic, listening to your factory muffler that oddly resembles your kid’s Power Wheels?

What if you could swap the seat belts for drag racing harnesses and the Eco-friendly 4-cylinder for a 350 Chevy stroked-out to a 383?

Affliction is teaming up with Buckle to give away the Official Affliction Hot Rod!

That’s right! You could win the 1970 Chevy Nova, fresh out of the Affliction Speed Shop! This bad ass Nova is far from bone stock. Whoever wins this piece of American Muscle will have a true piece of art, tastefully created by Master Mechanic Matt Hunt of Affliction American Customs.

When it first rolled in the garage, the team got to work pulling all unnecessary parts to create a 400+ horsepower street machine. Starting under the hood, the motor was pulled and stroked from a 350 to a 383 by a professional machine shop. From here, the interior was gutted all the way down to the carpet and headliner to make room for the custom Affliction door panels, headliner racing seats.

Once the block was machined, we needed more air flow to cool off the extra horses we packed under the hood. The stroked Chevy motor was outfitted with aluminum heads, and Edelbrock intake, a Holly Carburetor, Hedman Hedders and a Mallory distributor. Only the best parts were used to create this small block monster!

To utilize the new power the engine was throwing down, we outfitted the Affliction Hot Rod with a Turbo 350 transmission, a B&M ratchet shifter and a 373 geared Eaton Posi rear end.

To complete the build, the Nova was wrapped in matte black with gloss black decals. All of the interior accents were done in metal and red with a black base. Want to win this bad boy? Enter at Buckle.com/HotRod for your chance to own one of the most bad ass projects to roll out of the Affliction American Customs Speed Shop! One thing is for sure- this muscle car is sure to turn heads on the street or strip. Whoever wins this hot rod is sure to have no problems livin’ fast; just remember that we take no responsibility for any speeding tickets that may inevitably occur~
