From dancing managers to fall fashion shows, we’ve got a lot to share from Buckle’s 2014 Summer Manager Meetings! But first… let us take a selfie!
Our Executive Vice President of Stores, Kari, and Vice President of Sales, Michelle, kicked off this year’s festivities by participating in an activity that proved to be a big trend at the event – capturing the moment via selfie! Kari and Michelle’s energetic welcome session was definitely one to remember.
Everyone got in on the excitement of opening night, with some managers even taking to the stage to show us their “happy” moves!
No one can resist a good dance session, and we’ve got to brag because our managers can definitely work it!
The next day, we got down to business as the men’s buying team kicked things off with their 2014 Fall Fashion Show.
They showcased the newest trends and outlined what to expect for the back-to-school and holiday seasons.
The women’s buying team followed with a spirited fashion show of their own. They even took a cue from late night television, showcasing their own “tight pants”, a.k.a. the season’s hottest denim.
Managers were loving the new styles headed to their stores for fall.

Roar even got in on the action, making a stop in Kearney as part of their Epic vs. Epic promotional tour.
Through the event, managers were able to get up close and personal with all the top fall styles through merchandising presentations and tables.We don’t want to give too much away, but here’s a sneak peek at what’s to come!
Like we said, along with all the latest fashion trends, we also saw some major social media activity trending. We encouraged all the managers to capture their meeting experience through selfies, and then to share those memories (and their awesome outfits) with us via Instagram with the hashtag #BuckledOut. Their response was overwhelming, and we couldn’t help but share some of our favorites with you!
