Flavor-Packed Popcorn Seasoning
There is something in the air, and it smells slightly buttery.
As the seasons change and the temperature starts to drop into, dare we say, sweater weather - it's time we turn to a those comforting snacks that make fall even better. For us, one of our absolute favorites is a snack that can be enjoyed while sitting outside around a fire - freshly popped popcorn.
Whether craving something salty or sweet, popcorn is versatile and easy enough to make, and share, with friends.
Find two seasoning options below to bring a little added flavor to this fall-approved snack.
melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan
all together, add 4 grated garlic cloves then one teaspoon each of rosemary, safe, and thyme
cook ingredients together in saucepan for one minute
drizzle over your hot popcorn, then toss with kosher salt to finish
start by heating sugar, maple syrup and light corn syrup in large pot until it reaches 260 degrees F (use candy thermometer - should take about 10-12 minutes)
add in pecans and cook two more minutes
stir in butter until melted
pour over hot popcorn, tossing to fully coat
spread on a baking sheet to let cool
